過程：
A. 提交：

B. 撥款申請時間表：

Livingston TBID 將在每個月的第三個星期三（7 月和 12 月除外）舉行的月度會議上審查申請。

撥款申請應在這十個月的第二個星期二到期。

C. 資助/獲獎者必須在活動結束後 30 天內提供帶有收據的後續報告、活動參與人數報告和營銷資產樣本。

Project Grant Application Qualifications and Process

In addition to supporting events that bring guests to stay in hotels, the Livingston Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) also supports projects that enhance the visitor experience and encourages those staying in Livingston lodging to stay longer, spend money at Livingston businesses, and return for future visits.

Requirements:

The project enhances the experiences of hotel-motel guests in the City of Livingston.
The project serves to engage visitors in Livingston, encouraging longer stays and return visits.
The project must be appropriate for a wide audience (i.e. no political candidate promotion), comply with local public health and safety regulations, and may not discriminate based on race, sexual orientation, gender or religion.
A detailed event budget, including all income and expenses, and post-project report are required.
Marketing includes: TBID logo, TBID support cited, website explorelivingstonmt.com, the words Livingston, Montana.

Process:
A. Submit:

1) Project Grant application

2) Project budget with all income and expenses

3) Supporting documents (business plan, marketing plan, organization annual budget, ad materials, etc.)

B. Grant application timeline:

Applications will be reviewed by the Livingston TBID Board at their regularly scheduled six meetings a year; alternate months starting in January on the 3rd Tuesday. Grant applications are due the 1st Tuesday of those six months for review that month.

C. Grant/Award winners must provide a follow-up report with receipts, report of event participation numbers, and samples marketing assets within 30 days after the event.

Failure to do so will disqualify the organization from future funding.

All funded projects must comply with local public health and safety regulations, and may not discriminate based on race, sexual orientation, gender or religion. Failure to comply with the criteria listed may require full repayment by the awarded organization of the TBID grant. Award money is not retroactive. Regulations, policies, and procedures of grants are at the sole discretion of the TBID Board.
